Tilghman Morning” by Ken DeWaard wins the $1000 Artist’s Choice Award at the Plein Air Easton 2014 Tilghman Island Pre-Competition Paintout

The Tilghman Island Pre-Competition Paint Out was a huge success, as Plein Air Easton Comptetition Artists exhibited the work they had created earlier in the day. The $1000 Artist Choice Award sponsored by the Tilghman Island Waterman's Museum was awarded to Ken Dewaard's "Tilghman Morning." After the winning painting was announced artists, Avalon Staff, and art appreciators sat down together to eat steamed crabs and enjoyed a beautiful evening!
