Demonstration
with Eric Santoli
Outdoors
10:00am
Join us on the scenic grounds of Sandaway Suites & Beach for an extraordinary morning of fine art and coastal inspiration. As part of the Paint Oxford festivities, we are thrilled to welcome celebrated painter, educator, and PBS host Eric Santoli for a live oil painting demonstration.
An academically trained artist holding degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and the Florence Academy of Art, Eric is perhaps best known for his prestigious selection as the Versailles Foundation’s Munn Fellow, which allowed him to live and work as the Artist-in-Residence at Claude Monet’s historic estate and gardens in Giverny, France. Today, he shares his passion for outdoor painting with viewers nationwide on his newly released Public Television series, Eric En Plein Air.
Watch firsthand as Eric sets up his easel on the shoreline to demonstrate his masterful handling of light, color, and spontaneous brushwork. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to learn about his creative process, ask questions, and discover how classical atelier training translates directly to the modern plein air movement. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Oxford shoreline—a vista that has captivated generations of artists—this is a must-attend event for collectors, creators, and art enthusiasts alike.
